Toronto Star publishes an article on the development of a pan-Canadian framework for the assessment and recognition of foreign credentials. The Framework, created by the the federal governments in partnership with the provinces, aims to have systems in place to recognize international qualifications in eight occupations by next December, followed by another six in the following three years.
