The roundtable is made up of a diversity of associations (and in some cases, individuals) representing immigrant professionals, tradespeople, ethno-racial social planning councils, umbrella groups and community initiatives. All roundtable members have an active commitment to working on issues of access to professions and trades. The roundtable aims to be representative of professional and trades groups, of ethno-racial communities, and of gender. The majority of representatives on the roundtable are immigrants.
