Welcoming Communities Initiative

The Welcoming Communities Initiative (WCI) is a 3-year project funded by Canadian Heritage. The Welcoming Communities Initiative (WCI) aims to bring the multi-stakeholders (government, education, employers, settlement services, community groups and residents) together to address the needs of access, equity and inclusion. The long-term goal of this project is to engage immigrants as partners in the community building process through a more equitable, accessible and inclusive approach.
